In Austin, home to one of the largest colleges in the nation, it’s not hard to run into smart, clever, astute people. We pride ourselves on our Silicon Hills, a highly educated workforce, and being on the forefront of technology and innovation.

But while our hipster city might be knowledgeable, you’ll be surprised to hear what many people around the nation believe about HIV and AIDS.

These misconceptions are why we are asking you to join us this year for AIDS Walk Austin! You can increase awareness and raised funds for educational programs here in Austin, just by walking.
